When you are logged into a computer that has SladeID Installed, the check hardware section should always have a Green Tick as shown below:
If by any chance, the check hardware is a blinking red, the description below will help you fix that.
For Windows 7, navigate to the Start Button and search services. If you are using windows 10, type services on the Search space at the bottom left hand side of your screen.
Run Services as an administrator as shown below:
Right Click on the SladeID service, then click Start.
Once the service indicates Running, navigate to the Slade browser page and reload.
